Ohm Systems was incorporated in 1998 in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We provide information technology consulting services to all levels of government and commercial clients. <h2>Praful J. Patel</h2> President CEO Praful plays a key role in the overall management, operations, and success of the company. He is responsible for driving the company’s vision to connect clients with the right talent, enhance client profitability, and deliver the best possible service, selection, quality, and value every single time. Praful is passionate about investing in and building talent and growing service-focused businesses. While under his leadership, the company has experienced steady growth and has won several “Philly100” and “SmartCEO” awards. His in-depth knowledge about public sector has helped the company to win several contracts with the Dept. of Defense, Dept. of Justice, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Air Force. Praful received BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from Drexel and Villanova University respectively.

<h2>Steve Greenlee</h2> Operations Manager Steve Greenlee is responsible for all aspects of operations, finance, and the human resources within the company. Prior to joining Ohm, Mr. Greenlee served as an assistant CFO for The Buccini/Pollin Group, a large real estate development firm. Mr. Greenlee has over 25 years of experience in human resources, financial management and operations working within the private and public sectors. Steve holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and is a member of the Society For Human Resource Management.

Throughout his career, Nimit has cultivated a well-earned reputation for excellence in service delivery, process formulation, performance management, and team building. Nimit is passionate about continuously improving company processes to exceed the expectations of our clients.
